  1. What should I do if I have display issues such as the following: Unable to see the logout button, format and size of print, page extending outside of the screen, any other issue with respect to the screen presentation?

    IE v7.0 and above is the supported browser for ePORT. In the event you are having display issues, we recommend the following corrective actions:

     

    Change the resolution of your monitor screen:

    Step 1:Right click on your desktop
    Step 2: Select "Properties"
    Step 3: Select "Settings"

    Step 4: Set screen resolution to 1024 by 768
    Step 5: Click ‘OK’

     

    To change the size of the font on your screen:

    Step 1: Open your browser. Select ’View’
    Step 2: Select ’Text size’
    Step 3: Select ’Medium’

  2. What should I do if I forget my password?

    To obtain password assistance:

    From the ePORT Customer Login page, click on the 'Forgot your password' link
    Enter the Challenge Answer and click 'Continue' button

    You will receive your temporary password via e-mail. You must use this password to login on ePort. You must then change the password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and maximum of 20 characters (no spaces) in length with no more than 2 repeating characters and minimally be a combination of 2 of the 3 following character sets: alpha, numeric, or special characters. If you do not receive an email, check your profile to ensure that the email address you have provided is accurate. If you have any additional questions related to password reset ,contact your company administrator. A list of your company administrators is provided during the password reset process.

  3. What should I do if I am locked out from accessing my account due to exceeding the designated number of login attempts?

    Once locked out, you will see the following:

    Select the 'click here' link to reset your password. You will be required to provide a correct response to your challenge question to complete this process. If the challenge question is successfully answered, an email will be generated with a temporary one-time use password to the email address listed within your profile. Or you can have your company administrator reset your password for you; click on the 'Click here to get a list of your company administrators' .

  4. What should I do if I forget my password and my challenge answer?

    Please contact your Company Administrator. If you are the Administrator please contact another Company Administrator, if applicable, or the Equifax help desk. If you contact the help desk please be prepared to provide your Equifax Member Number (company id) and security digits. Once the information is verified, the help desk can help you to login.
